A. User-Provided Information

• Contact & Registration Data: Full name, national identity/tax ID number, physical address, email address, contact and emergency phone numbers.
• Vehicle Data: License plate, make, model, year, color, VIN/chassis number, and maintenance reminders information.
• Access Credentials: Encrypted username and password for Mobile App and Web Platform access.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Telemetry and Geolocation)

• Real-Time Precise Location Data: GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude), heading, speed, and travel time captured by the GPS/GSM device installed in the vehicle.
• Vehicle Status and History: Ignition ON/OFF logs, door open/close events, motion/towing sensors, internal GPS device battery and vehicle battery levels, predefined routes, geofence breaches, or speed limit violations.
• Mobile Device Data: Device model, operating system, unique device hardware identifiers (Hardware ID), IP address, and in-app activity logs.

3. Background Location Usage (Mobile App)

Our mobile applications may request access to background location on the user's mobile device to:

• Enable the "Nearby Vehicle" feature and display the relative distance between the user's location and their vehicle's current location.
• Deliver geolocated push notifications and immediate alerts regarding vehicle security.

Users can configure, grant, or revoke location permissions at any time via their mobile operating system settings.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We use collected data strictly for the following operational and core purposes:

1. Service Provision: Real-time satellite vehicle tracking and monitoring via web and mobile apps.
2. Security Alerts: Automated high-speed alerts, motion/towing notifications, geofence perimeter entries/exits, and main battery disconnection warnings.
3. Remote Command Management: Execution upon explicit user request of emergency commands such as engine cut-off/immobilization or door lock/unlock.
4. Logistics Support & Vehicle Recovery: In the event of theft, real-time coordination with our 24/7 Monitoring Center and State Security Agencies (e.g., CICPC, national police agencies).
5. Reports & Driving Evaluation: Generation of historical trip logs, odometer tracking, driver behavior analysis, and preventive maintenance reminders.
6. Technical Support & Customer Care: Addressing inquiries, outages, or support requests regarding platform or hardware operation.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Servitrack GPS does not sell, rent, or commercialize personal or location data to third parties. We only share data under the following circumstances:

• State Security Authorities: In cases of theft, robbery, or emergencies reported by the customer, real-time location and telemetry data will be shared with police and investigative forces (such as CICPC) to facilitate vehicle recovery.
• Cartographic Service Providers: The platform integrates mapping services (such as Google Maps, Google Earth, NAVTEQ, Cartoview) to render graphical locations on screen.
• Legal Requirements: When required by a court order or applicable law under the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

We implement technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

• Communications between web/mobile apps and servers are encrypted using secure protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
• Access to the 24/7 Monitoring Center is strictly restricted to authorized staff under non-disclosure agreements.
• We retain information while the contractual relationship remains active and during legally mandated periods for accounting and regulatory compliance.

Users may at any time:

• Access their personal data and vehicle trip histories.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of their account and associated data upon contract termination, subject to legal retention obligations.
